01 / What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website can store in your browser and read later. Other technologies, such as local browser storage and pixels, may also store or collect information. Not all technical data processing uses cookies: a server may receive an IP address to deliver a page, for example.
02 / What does this website use?
We store your choice in localStorage under artsay_cookie_consent_v2. This functional storage contains your analytics choice, a version number and an expiry date. Both acceptance and rejection remain valid for 180 days. We request consent again after expiry. Local storage does not expire automatically: an expired value is deleted on your next visit. Your previous acknowledgement of our cookie notice does not count as consent to Google Analytics. Language selection uses the URL.
03 / Google Analytics
After you select Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 by Google with measurement ID G-XYLM3579J2. It helps us understand which pages people visit and how they use the website. Google may process browser and device information, visit times and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. The analytics cookies _ga and _ga_XYLM3579J2 recognise a browser and maintain session information. We set their lifetime to a maximum of 180 days, limited by the validity of your consent, without automatically extending it on every visit. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our tag. Without consent, we do not load this Google tag or send statistics or cookieless measurement requests through this integration. We do not add Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. Data retention in the Analytics account is separate from these browser cookie lifetimes and depends on the account settings.
04 / Hosting and security
The website is delivered through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security functions may process technical data and, depending on the function, use browser technologies. Checking our own site code is not a complete inventory of cookies that the hosting platform or an existing session may set. We therefore do not list unverified names or lifetimes. 05 / FormSubmit and WhatsApp
The form does not load external FormSubmit or reCAPTCHA scripts on this page. Submitting it takes you to FormSubmit, where a Google reCAPTCHA spam check may appear and cookies or other technical data may be used under those services’ policies. The WhatsApp button is a regular link, not an embedded widget. Clicking it takes you outside Artsay, where WhatsApp/Meta’s terms also apply. Artsay cannot delete or manage those external services’ cookies through this page. Alternatively, email info@artsay.pro directly.
06 / Consent and your choice
The banner provides equally prominent Accept and Reject buttons. Closing it or continuing to browse does not give consent. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Select Reject there to withdraw consent: we disable measurement and delete the Analytics cookies listed above on this domain. You can continue using the website and contact form. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not automatically erase information previously processed lawfully. You can send a privacy request to info@artsay.pro.
07 / Deleting or blocking cookies
You can inspect, delete or block stored cookies and site data in your browser’s privacy settings. Check the site data for the relevant domain. Blocking necessary features may disrupt a form or external service. Deleting cookies does not delete messages or files already sent.
